Trade conditions for retailers
Munkholm is a retailer company that delivers it's products to shops and companys that are a registered company with an organisations number.
Terms of delivering
You must buy for at least 3000,00 DKK the first time you buy from us. We can also ask for a full payment the first time before you receive your things. This also applys when You buy for more than 10000,00 DKK.
Delivering
We deliver our products to You as soon as possible or at Your specific request. Part delivering might apply. Please contact us if You wish to know the freight prices to Your country.

You can order from our webshop or You can call us at: +45 59 43 52 52. You can also send as a regular e-mail.
Complaints
If Your products should be delivered damaged or if You have recieved wrong items, Munkholm shall be contacted immediatly and no later than within 8 days. When You recieve the items please notice if the packing is intact or damaged. If that is the case it should be written on the freight note. The items should be returned in it's original packing.
